After having cancer at an early age and then being victim of two horrible trauma experiences whilst at work, I found myself so overloaded with stress, panic and fear. I really had no idea how I was going to get out of this dis-functional state. I was off work and with a young daughter to support, I was at my wits end. I was off work with chronic anxiety and panic symptoms, when I went to see Tracy. I had a previous disability that had taken my confidence, and a recently broken down relationship. I did need a fair few sessions before I started to feel good again, but I could tell after each of my weekly sessions how much more confident I was feeling. I was soon able to go back to work part time and then was able to not only cope with life properly again, but make some major changes. I entered into a new relationship with a lovely single mum, I started my own business and moved from the family home into a shared property with my partner.
